CD Packaging

Neon Tetra is one of Scotland’s best little indie labels. The label has gained cult status locally, being run from a modest garden shed in a Glasgow suburb. Neon Tetra takes pride in the high quality of its musical output and the label has made fifteen album releases over the last few years with its artists regularly featuring on national and local radio playlists. We have worked with the label for two years now and have produced a number of album sleeves for their eclectic mix of musical genres. We are currently working with the label to develop their corporate identity and to create a new website. 


A Band called Quinn is a Glasgow based electronica pop band, led by the fabulous Louise Quinn. The band’s sound has been compared with Goldfrapp and Blondie and the band is building an underground following in Scotland, recently backing Blondie in concert. For our cover concept, we shot the glam Louise in true diva form on the viewing gallery of the Lighthouse Building overlooking the rooftops of Glasgow. 


Primary 5 is the solo project of ex-Teenage Fanclub member Paul Quinn. The album High Five reflects on Paul’s dreams and aspirations as he drives through the streets of Glasgow in his part time job as a delivery driver. We commissioned a drawing, illustrating life on the road in Glasgow, from the wonderful Olivier Kugler, who’s style and grasp of the theme perfectly suited our concept.


Independent and Free was our concept for a sampler album from Neon Tetra. The cover concept perfectly reflected the sunny sounds inside. The album was part of a ground breaking summer promotion between Asda and the Daily Record and uptake around Scotland was huge, giving the label and their bands some excellent exposure to a new audience, while boosting circulation for the Daily Record.
