999 clean up with Tower Hamlets

Our Tower Hamlets 'We Can Recycle More' campaign has literally cleaned up for the London borough and also with the DBA, earning us an enviable Design Effectiveness Award 2009. 

The motivational campaign focussed on local people to dramatically increase recycling rates in what had been one of the poorest performing boroughs in London. No easy task given that Tower Hamlets is one of the most diverse boroughs in the capital, with high-rise flats rubbing shoulders alongside executive living in areas such as Canary Wharf. 

The Design Effectiveness awards are based on a campaign's proven ability to achieve its aims. Our campaign not only helped Tower Hamlets to surpass its expectations by achieving their highest recorded rate of recycling but it also exceeded the Government's suggested target too.
