The College of Arts Knowledge Exchange is a leading-edge enterprise within Glasgow University which partners with creative industries to share the College's vast expertise and knowledge base; from collaborative research to placements and research consultancy.

The Knowledge Exchange business development team approached 999 to bring a fresh perspective to their communications and target their audiences more effectively. The team sought to raise awareness of their offering to non-academic institutions, increase engagement with prospects and convert more enquiries into new partnerships.

999 worked with the Knowledge Exchange team to deliver a new strategic approach and a more engaging experience for their target audience. The deliverables included a review of their website and social media strategy to help drive awareness and online engagement. In addition, 999 collaborated with the internal team to apply the University's new visual identity guidelines to Reach, their bi-annual newsletter and key communication point for engaging with prospective partners.
