It’s always exciting to be part of a brand new venture so we were thrilled when LSE Cities - an international centre in the London School of Economics – asked us to create an advertising campaign for the launch of the first ever Executive MSc in Cities programme.
Truly visionary and the first of its kind, the LSE Cities MSc is designed for public, private and third-sector senior professionals looking for new ways to create sustainable cities. With a global outlook, the course tackles the world’s major urban challenges with the aim of building a better future for the next generation of city dwellers around the globe.
Our task was to establish a strong visual identity and positioning message that would stand out and speak to the target audience. Creating impact was essential as, while the LSE is globally renowned, the MSc in Cities course is entirely new.
Our solution focused on a simple, bold idea to ‘see cities differently’ which we captured in a core campaign message to ‘Rethink Cities’.
Overall, the distinctive approach is designed to appeal to visionary thinkers, it works as an invitation to see the bigger picture and understand the benefits of this ambitious new course.
The initial launch phase is being driven by a targeted social media campaign, online advertising and full-page print advertising in the LSE alumni magazine.
With the core aim of delivering an innovative approach to building sustainable cities, we’re delighted to be part of a groundbreaking initiative that will benefit future urban generations all over the world.
