ORIX Corporation Europe is a Dutch organisation owned by Tokyo-based global financial services company ORIX Corporation. The client was looking to establish a brand new digital presence to promote its services online and engage effectively with suppliers, employees and prospective new recruits.
When ORIX Corporation Europe approached us they had no website and were limited to using LinkedIn to recruit new talent and promote their services. As such, this project was a unique opportunity for our client to showcase their brand, their expertise and their work culture with a view to attracting like-minded employees.
Design-wise, we used the ORIX branding to create a corporate financial look with a modern, UX-led twist to appeal to younger audiences and reflect current trends and online behaviours. Using subtle fade-ins on page load and hover over effects, we introduced a sense of dynamism through modern, well-considered UX design.
Through an interactive map, a dedicated careers section, clear sign-posting and intuitive user journeys, we delivered a website that allowed the client to communicate directly with their core audience groups and position ORIX Corporation Europe as an attractive proposition to their suppliers.
